The COVID-19 situation continues to evolve rapidly, impacting global supply chains and the people depending on them. While we see a stabilization of the situation in China, unfortunately, the number of confirmed infections reported in other regions such as Europe and the Americas continues to grow. As a supplier to multiple countries worldwide, we are committed to safeguarding our colleagues and ensuring our customers’ operations continue to function as smoothly as possible during this difficult period.
Our thoughts are with you as we all continue to work tirelessly to overcome the challenges brought on by this public health emergency. On Wednesday evening, President Trump announced a range of executive actions addressing the spread of coronavirus. One of these measures restricts travel between Europe and the US for the next thirty days. We will continue to monitor this development and inform all customer effected by any additional restriction directly. As of today, Monday, March 16th, 2020, our operations in Waukesha, WI and in Council Bluffs, IA are up and running without restrictions. This allows us to support all of you with the required level of service.
We are in constant contact with our customers before scheduling any on-site service calls in order to keep our employees as well as our customers safe.
