About This Role

In this role, you'll lead the strategy and execution behind integrated marketing campaigns that generate awareness, drive qualified pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth. You'll own demand generation across paid media, digital marketing, marketing automation, and lead nurturing while using data and insights to continuously optimize performance.

What You'll Do

Demand Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution across paid channels
  • Plan, launch, manage, optimize and report on multi-channel paid demand gen campaigns
  • Translate company growth goals into actionable campaign strategies with measurable KPIs like CPL, CAC, CVR, MQL to SQL, pipeline velocity, and more.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budget pacing, attribution, conversion metrics and ROI
  • Make data-backed decisions to scale, optimize, pause or sunset campaigns as needed
  • Develop and refine lead attribution models to better understand marketing impact across the funnel
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting and recommendations to leadership

Paid Media

  • Manage and optimize paid media programs across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Google Ads, and Microsoft/Bing Ads
  • Execute SEO and SEM strategies using tools such as SEMrush for keyword research, competitive analysis and campaign planning
  • Support website campaign execution and conversion optimization within HubSpot and Prismic CMS
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign targeting, audience segmentation, and conversion performance
  • Stay current on platform updates, trends and emerging digital marketing strategies

Marketing Automation & Funnel Optimization

  • Build and manage workflow, dashboards, lead scoring, reporting and automation in HubSpot
  • Support lifecycle marketing initiatives including nurture campaigns, segmentation and lead routing
  • Partner closely with sales and leadership to improve lead quality, funnel visibility and campaign alignment
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities and process improvements

Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Create and execute campaign creative including ad graphics, messaging, landing pages, and short-form video content aligned with brand standards and performance goals
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, service, HR and leadership to align campaigns with company priorities and revenue objectives
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and agency partners as needed

What You Bring to the Team

  • Education and/or Experience: 4-6+ years of experience managing B2B demand generation campaigns required, including proven success managing and optimizing paid media budgets of approximately $50K/month with measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Manufacturing, industrial automation, or technical B2B marketing experience preferred.
  • Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate campaign performance, recommendations and strategic insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, paid media platforms, and marketing automation systems required. Experience with Salesforce, Prismic CMS, and SEO/SEM/AIO strategy preferred. Ability to independently create campaign-ready creative assets including graphics, short-form video, copy, and landing pages.
  • Reasoning Ability: Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously while making data-driven decisions
  • Licenses and Other Requirements: Competitive self-starter with a bias for action with the ability to work independently. Takes ownership of results, proactively solves problems, and consistently looks for opportunities to improve marketing performance. Comfortable working in a remote, camera-on environment.
  • Position is remote with up to 10-15% domestic travel for trade show, company events, and customer events as needed.

  • The employee works primarily in a remote home office environment with standard office equipment.
  • When visiting one of the sites on the shop floor, the noise level is compliant with OSHA standards. The noise level in the office environment is low at a moderate conversational level.
