System Components
A vision-guided robot picks blanks from inbound pallets and transfers them through the cell, identifying and orienting each part without manual loading or pre-staging between operations.
A RIBS-enabled robotic press brake cell handles all forming operations across 77 tread configurations, with the robot managing all loading, positioning, and unloading without dedicated operators at the brake.
A robotic welding cell completes tread corner welds with consistent placement and penetration across every part, delivering repeatable weld quality at production speed.
Finished treads are palletized automatically at the end of the cell, completing the flow from raw blank to outbound pallet without manual handling.
