System Components
The heart of the system is a FANUC M-710iC robot that serves all five substations
Captures press force and distance monitoring. A second robot loads new bushings into a thickness inspection gauge and a vanishing oil station before loading onto the bushing press.
Conducts pressure decay test using the specifications of 3SCCM @ under 10% GR7R with a 30-second cycle time using face and ID sealing.
Measures datum hold diameters, joint face mounting holes, snubber boss inspection, thread presence, join face flatness, outside diameter, bushing position and seated height, and inside bore position to datums.
Conducts pressure decay test using the specifications of 3SCCM @ under 10% GR7R with a cycle time of 30 seconds using face and ID sealing.
Captures datum hold diameters, joint face mounting holes, thread presence, joint face flatness, inner bore diameters, inner bore positions. Also captures non-clean-up and porosity vision inspection.
Displays press results, in-process monitoring, live measurement readings, Real-Time Statistical Process Control (SPC) for histograms, X-Bar & R Charts, as well as sub-group based results.
