The system combines Asyril part feeding, vision-guided picking, force-controlled press fit assembly, and inline Keyence vision inspection into a custom rotary assembly dial.

Integrated vision systems identify and locate parts on the feeder surface in real time, guiding robots to pick accurately from the red-lit feeder field regardless of incoming part position or orientation.
Robots perform press fit assembly operations with force control, applying precise, consistent force to seat components correctly on every cycle without operator monitoring.
Keyence vision cameras inspect assembled parts inline at each dial station, verifying correct component presence, orientation, and assembly quality before parts advance to the next operation.
