Acieta designed a fully integrated palletizing, tracking, and end-of-line system for Colbert Packaging. With custom dual-purpose EOAT for open and closed cases, multi-pallet compatibility, and real-time MRP inventory tracking, it handles six conveyer lines with zero changeovers.

System Components
Vision system verification for Go/NoGo label read, with automated diversion to reject conveyer.

Robotic pick for up to three different pallets, plus bottom sheet pick + place, depending on recipes at palletizers.
Transfer car conveyer servicing for six palletizing conveyers, one dunnage conveyer, one manual side-load-in conveyer, and one outfeed wrapper conveyer line.
Two FANUC M-410 are equipped with custom dual-purpose end-of-arm tooling for both open and closed cases.
The end of the line is served by a Lantech QL Series automatic wrapper, capable of handling 44-47 loads per hour.
